2. Payment
All services are billed by invoice only. Payment terms are outlined in the client’s service agreement. No payments are processed directly through our website.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and lawful materials (such as text, images, or other content).
- The Client must ensure that any content provided does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
- PAUK Agency Inc is not liable for copyright violations resulting from client-provided materials used on websites, email campaigns, or social media.
4. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, PAUK Agency Inc makes no guarantees regarding specific results (such as increased sales, traffic, or engagement).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
5. Refunds and Guarantees
All services are delivered strictly according to the signed agreement. No refunds or guarantees are provided beyond what is expressly stated in the agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the client’s agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
